Moving In

Step One

Select a property and arrange an accompanied viewing at a time to suit you.

Step Two

Complete your application form in the office or online.

Pay your administration fee which can be paid with a debit card, BAC's payment or with cash in our office.

Step Three

We will require photographic identification. proof of income and any applicable visa status for each tenant. Pay your first month's rent, deposit and sign your tenancy agreement. All of this can be done the same day to make the process as stress free as possible. You will then be handed the keys to your new home.

Once you have Moved into your Property:

You will need to know your responsibilities as a tenant. Please read the below brochure which will assist you through your tenancy.

Things to remember

  • Take Gas, Electric & Water meter readings. Set up any direct debits.
  • Register for Council Tax.
  • Inform the TV Licensing Department
  • Redirect your post with The Royal Mail.

All our properties have the following:

  • Gas Safety Certificate (where applicable).
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
  • Deposits / Bond safely registered with The Dispute Service.
  • A detailed inventory of the property and all contents.

Paying your Rent

Make it easy to pay your rent via Standing Order. If you do need to pay over the phone we accept all major UK debit cards or you can pay with cash directly in our office.
